Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Currenzy app for iPhone, iPad and Android and of currenzy.calenzy.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Calenzy Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road, Singapore 068914 ("Currenzy", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using Currenzy

Currenzy is free to download and use. There is no account to create. You may use it for your own needs, personal or professional. Currenzy+ adds optional paid features, described in section 3.

2. Rates are information, not advice

Exchange rates in Currenzy come from market data and are refreshed regularly. They are indicative. Banks, card issuers and exchange offices apply their own rates and fees, so the amount you actually pay or receive will differ. Currenzy is not financial advice and we are not responsible for decisions you take based on the rates, charts or alerts it shows.

Price alerts are checked on our servers about every 20 minutes and delivered as push notifications by Apple or Google. Delivery depends on your device, your settings and the networks in between. A late or missing notification does not make us liable for anything that follows from it.

3. Currenzy+

Currenzy+ is sold through the App Store and Google Play, under their terms, as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase for the store account you buy it with. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. You can restore a purchase from the app's Settings. Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or redistribute the rates, charts or other data the app receives from our servers.
• Reverse engineer the app or interfere with our servers or with other users.
• Use the Service to break any law.

5. Advertising

The free version shows ads from third parties. We do not endorse the products or services advertised and we are not a party to any deal you make with an advertiser.

6. The Service is provided "as is"

Currenzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calenzy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses that follow from an inaccurate rate or a missed alert.

7. Termination

You can stop using Currenzy at any time by deleting the app. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live provides otherwise. For the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where it gives you more rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
